The short version

• There is no account to create and no analytics or tracking of any kind — we don't track which boards you download or how often you use the extension.
• To fetch, package, and export the pins you select, that pin data is sent to and stored on SuperPin's servers as part of processing your request.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for advertising or marketing.
• Billing information you provide when buying a paid license goes to our payment processor under their own privacy policy.

Information we process and store

When you download or export a board, SuperPin sends the pins you selected to our service so it can fetch the images and videos, package the ZIP, and build Figma exports. As part of this, the following is stored on our servers:

• Pin data — for the pins you select, details such as image and video URLs, titles, source links, sections, and descriptions.
• Your choices for the request — which pins you selected, the resolution, included file types, and export destination.

We do not use cookies, pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not build usage profiles about you. The pin data we store is used only to fulfill your download and export requests.

Settings stored on your device

Your preferences and, for paid users, your license status are stored using your browser's local extension storage and are not part of the data sent to our servers.

Browser permissions

SuperPin requests only the permissions it needs to function:

• Access to Pinterest pages — to add the “Download Board” button and read the pins shown on the board you choose to download.
• Downloads — to save the generated ZIP file to your device.
• Storage — to remember your preferences and license locally.

These permissions are used solely for the features described on this site.

Payments

If you purchase a paid license, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe or Paddle). They collect the billing details necessary to complete your transaction — such as your name, email, and payment method — under their own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive a confirmation of purchase and the email address associated with your license so we can validate it and provide support.

Third parties

• Pinterest — the source of the content you choose to download. Your use of Pinterest is governed by Pinterest's own terms and privacy policy. SuperPin is not affiliated with Pinterest.

• Payment processor — handles paid transactions as described above.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone for advertising or marketing.

Data retention & security
